No, tickets are not issued in the attendee’s name. The name shown is the purchaser’s name and is for information purposes only. It does not cause any inconvenience.

Yes. In compliance with current regulations, the Auditorium de Palma offers adapted spaces. Tickets for this area are sold exclusively at the box office. For more information, please contact the box office or write to atencioncliente@auditoriumpalma.com.

🚪 Access, rules and services

Doors open one hour before the start of the event.

We do not have parking space inside the building. However, there are designated areas around the Auditorium where bicycles and scooters can be parked.

Yes, an induction loop system is installed in the Stalls (Platea) area of the Sala Magna. It converts the sound signal into magnetic waves that can be received by hearing aids or cochlear implants.

Yes, you can request them from the front-of-house staff if you need them.

We do not offer a cloakroom service. We can help store bulky items for safety reasons, but we do not take responsibility for them.

EMT bus lines 1, 4, 46 and 47 have stops near the Auditorium.

The “Las Golondrinas” Pier car park and the Marqués de la Cenia public car park are the closest options.
